1. Understand the role of clinical information and interaction between pathologist and clinician in formulating a diagnosis in dermatopathology
2. Understand the limitations of biopsy diagnosis in dermatopathology
3. Understand some potential sources for error in rendering a diagnosis and how to spot them and deal with them
4. Understand the diagnostic process in dermatopathology and common ways that it can go wrong
